Major N Raghu Rama Reddy is an army veteran and a retired Indian Army Officer (Major). He is an astute professional with over 24 years of experience in the Indian Army Infantry and Air Defence Artillery. During his army service, he was involved in developing, managing, and implementing long- and short-term training strategies customized to external or internal needs. He has experience across functions and also coordinated with functional teams for smooth operational flow and process improvement. He is good at planning and executing operational strategies. He was awarded COAS (Chief of Army Staff) Commendation Card in Dec 2011 for Best Performance as a Camp Commandant of Army Day and Republic Day Parade Camp in New Delhi. He represented the UN Mission peacekeeping force (UNMIS) in African countries, represented the Indian Military Academy Dehradun Swimming Team, and received Gold and silver medals. After premature retirement, he worked for Ashok Leyland Pvt. Ltd. as a Facility Manager.
Brigadier Ravi Muniswamy, Veteran

Brigadier Ravi Muniswamy is a Mechanical Engineer, commissioned into Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers on June 13, 1987, after passing out of Indian Military Academy, Deharadun. He is a Postgraduate Mechanical Engineer specialized in Armoured Fighting Vehicles and an MBA in Marketing and DBMS. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Automotive Engineering and Statistical Quality Control of the Indian Statistical Institute. He specializes in QMS, EMS, OHSHAS, SA8000 and Process Audit. He was Director, Department of Sainik Welfare and Resettlement for Karnataka Government, till March 2021. He is a Cyclist, Trekker, Swimmer, Guitarist, etc. He is a co-founder of BRF.
Smt. Sujatha Paulraj Wodeyar

Smt. Sujatha Paulraj Wodeyar is a Commerce graduate, and postgraduate in Business Administration in Marketing at Dharwad College. She has diversified into the retail business of millets now named Siri Tanisha, also supporting the family business of granite business including mining and export.
She is a true patriot and socially poised in helping the rural children. With the help of Sri Salim an Ex-Serviceman of CRPF has started a training Academy for training the poor of Rural Karnataka in Raichur district to join Armed and ParaMilitary Forces, named as Basic Paratroopers Army and Police Training Academy. Till now 24 Boys have been recruited into the Armed and Para Military Forces which is a great feat.

Shri Eswara Raju, the Joint Secretary & Media In-charge at BRF, is a gunner. He is a B.Com graduate, ICWA, a qualified personal manager and a shorthand certificate holder. He served in various branches of the armed forces. During the Ino-Pak operations in 1971, he was involved in administrative duties to recruit personnel for the Indian Armed Forces working tirelessly 20 hours a day. During such duties which involved tremendous movement, he met with an accident resulting in fracture of legs, which developed into multiple callosities. He has served in various organizations such as Infantry, Military Intelligence, Artillary, Recruiting, Land Army, Department of Sainik Welfare and Resettlement of Karnataka, ITI, Kirloskar Motors, and other Industries and Service sectors.
He has helped more than 400 people belonging to defence and weaker sections of the society get sites in BDA, KHB, Housing units, and Industrial sheds, which were allotted due to correct documentation procedures without any kickbacks. He has also helped more than 300 persons from weaker sections of society in civil litigations in civil courts, family courts, police inquiries, and industrial disputes. Due to his efforts, many personnel who were wrongly dismissed were reinstated and received justice. Shri Eashwar Raju publishes a fortnightly “Deep Ocean” in Kannada and English, which is growing with increasing acceptance.
He is a sportsman who has played Ring Tennis and Badminton, and Volleyball at the university level. He was a Volley Ball Unit player in the Madras Regiment.

Ramesh Muniswamy is a Graduate of Arts from Bangalore University. He has vast experience and is a consultant for creating outdoor and indoor sports courts and facilities, including wooden and synthetic courts. He has operated in all South Indian States. Currently, he is an Agrologist and a Social Worker at his native place.
