Dr Usha Mohan is an Automobile Engineer, motivational Speaker, Career and Students Counselor Worked as Ex Counselor at Cop Vanitha Sahayavani. Volunteered, Working in Traffic Warden Organization Bangalore . As a Zonal Incharge Chickpet West Division. ( Volunteer).Like many engineers who have switched over the profession she to has done a course in Psychology at National Institute of mental Health and Neuro Sciences in Bengaluru. She is a social worker. Along with her husband she runs a Social Welfare trust Bango which is an abbreviation for Bangalore Association for Non-Governmental organizations. The trust focuses mainly on extending helping hand for Children, Women and Mental health. She has contributed immensely in many fields and received appreciation form many organizations. Besides the trust activities she a trainer at Police Training School, Counsellor at Police Commissioners Office Sahayavani Bengaluru counselling Juveniles and Women, Brand Ambassador Indian Development Foundation, Traffic Warden Bengaluru and many more number of activities which are mainly in the Social Activities Fields.
She has been recognized and received many appreciations from various organization for her exemplary work such as the National Achievers Recognition Forum award of “Rashtriya Vikas Ratan Award” for Individual Achievement Intellectual Excellence & National Development, National Achievers Recognition Forum awarded “Bharath Gaurav Award” for Individual Achievement Intellectual Excellence & National Development, Honoured with “Mahatma Gandhi Peace Award” organized by National Achievers Recognition Forum of Constitution club of India, Rajiv Gandhi Achievement Award for the valuable contribution rendered in the field of Social and Crime Prevention” in Aug 2018 by All India Congress Social Organization, New Delhi, Rajiv Gandhi Samaja Ratna Award for the valuable contribution in the field of Motivational Speaker on May 2019 in New Delhi and many more which is a very long list.
She is Qualified in Counselling and a Counsellor too, Motivational Speaker, Dermatoglyphic analyst & Psychometrics and many more. She has voluntarily committed herself to contribute towards betterment of this Bharath Rakshak Foundation. Colonel Srikantha S is an Indian Army Officer Commissioned into the 5th Battalion of The Madras Regiment. The members of the Regiment was famious for the Vellore Sephoy Mutiny one of the first struggle of independence. The officer commanded the same Battalion from 1992 to 1995. It is dream of any officer to command the same Battalion to which they are commissioned into. The officer has dedicated his post retirement life whole time for helping the Veterans particularly the lower level in address on various issues such as pensionary benefits, Medical issues etc. He has helped so far countless number of ex-servicemen. He is the president of Tri-services Ex-Servicemen association for the Karnataka Chapter and a member of Over Sight Committee of Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme of Central organization of Ministry of Defence. He has tirelessly worked as member Oversight Committee to streamline a large number of policies related to the Health Scheme which has benefitted the Ex-Servicemen all over the Country.
He has voluntarily committed to contribute to the training of the young generation at any time anywhere without any cost in the true Military Traditions.
He terms this as payback to the lineage which has given him the opportunity to reach this stage.
Smt Sujatha Paulraj Wodeyar is a Commerce graduate. She is a postgraduate in Business Administration in Marketing of Dharwad College. She is supporting the family business of granite business including mining and export. She has diversified into the retail business of millets now named Siri Tanisha. A Vibrant woman, true patriot and socially poised in helping the rural children. With the help Sri Salim an Ex-Serviceman of CRPF has started a training Academy for training the poor of Rural Karnataka in Raichur district to join Armed and ParaMilitary Forces. The academy is named as Basic Paratroopers Army & Police Training Academy. Sri Salim is presently working as Security in State Bank of India, Raichur. Despite his busy schedule he is supporting Smt Sujatha to make her dream come true without any financial benefit.
In her venture so far 24 Boys have been recruited into the Armed and Para Military Forces which is a great feat. With the success she gained she strongly believes that there are children who with little help can make it to officers rank as well. With that in mind she is planning to start an Academy to train rural boys to join the Armed and Para Military forces in the officers rank too. She is highly motivated and has a never die attitude to achieve her social bent. Also believes that every Indian can contribute in whatever little way they can to improve the societal values. She has requested the Bharat Rakshak Foundation to extend the Technical Expertise in achieving her dreams. We the trustees of Bharath Rakshak foundation do our bit to work with such a committed lady. Shrimanth Manju is a real estate entrepreneur and a dedicated Social Worker whose business is spread in Bengaluru and Mysuru. Mr. Manju invests in villa plots and resells them to interested buyers. He was also a partner in a business entity that monetarily supported the buyers by helping them lease out their properties for a period of ten years to clear their debts and own it fully after ten years.
He has immensely contributed to supporting Karnataka Soldiers and Police Association by rendering them various services. He is currently the president of the association. He passionately serves our Policemen, Soldiers and also the general public who are in need. He plays a prominent role in fighting for the human rights of Soldiers and Policemen who lost their lives while discharging their duties. It is unfortunate to know that the children of these soldiers or police officers are deprived of basic facilities. Shrimanth Manju is amongst the very few who have endeavoured to fight for this injustice caused for them.
During the Second Corona wave, Shri Shrimanth had donated more than One Lakh mask to Soldiers, Police, KSRTC staff and their families, and the general public in need. He has also supported the poor by supplying rations during the dark hour of the pandemic. He believes in spending a part of his earnings from his business entities for the social cause.
He has voluntarily committed to helping our foundation by donating land and building the required infrastructure. This would benefit the poor and needy who are unable to afford quality education to build a progressive career.
